Just a Slingin'

I love my slings. They are kind of like taking a wild ride back in Mommy's belly. You think they make those things for grown men, because I never think I'll want to outgrow them? How cool is this...I help Mommy do the laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, shopping, etc. without ever lifting a finger. But, just one more question...if I'm actively participating in all of these chores, where is my allowance already? $10 per hour please!!!!

My First Olympics!

Today was a good day!! Me, Mommy, Daddy, Bear & Butler just laid around and watched the Olympics. Daddy changed the channel a few times so that we could see who won the PGA Championship. Mommy and Daddy went to the PGA championship 7 years ago when they first started dating, I guess that means it is kind of special to them. Daddy says I am going to be a good swimmer someday, maybe not as good as Michael Phelps, but not many people are. I love the Olympics, GO TEAM USA!!!!

Ahhh the Blue Water

Well, there I go again..back to the beach! Can you say awesome? Of course, I had an absolute blast. I think I'm already a beach bum...just working on growing my hair a little longer.

Whoever said "Fun in the Sun" is dead wrong. I did not have fun in the sun. Mom and Dad lubed me up in this weird lotion and put some sort of funny diaper on me. After all that hype and anticipation of something great...I made an executive decision. The pool is way too cold for me! Get me out of there!!!

Mom is running around in a frenzy trying to get ready for our beach trip. Woo hoo! But, unfortunately that means that she doesn't have much time to celebrate my 8 week old birthday...I told her that is OK because we have the rest of the week to celebrate. I can't wait to go to the beach again and promise lots more pics soon!

Ah wella, wella, wella...uh! Play date # 2 was a blast! That Elly sure was a cutie. Just one problem....I was quite opposed to the chick to dude ratio. Elly was the only hot babe at the whole darn function! I'm hoping Elly's mom, Miss Lang, will put a good word in for me. I sure would like to beat out that Harrison and Jackson and get me a little sugar next time!

Cerveza Anyone?

Dear Lord. This growing old stuff is tiring. I sure don't have the energy I did in my younger weeks and looking around so much is definitely wearing me out. I slept over 7 hours straight on my 6 week old birthday. Just couldn't seem to stir up enough energy to cry out for my Mama to come and get me. Good news though...I am now of age. Yep. That's right! I can legally drink now....milk that is! But shhhhhhhhhhh! Please don't tell my Daddy! I told Daddy and Harrison's Dad, Mr. Brett, that we were old enough to knock down a few cold brewskies, and those fools actually believed me. I think Harrison is a little confused about his heritage....he thinks he is Mexican. Go figure. Speaking of cerveza's...Daddy's friends keep asking him when the Wombat can come out and play. Wombat is what Dad's friends call him when they have a guy's night out. Mom found this Womab book for me and just had to have it. She gave it to me & Dad on my 6 week old b'day today. Speaking of nicknames, Mommy calls me "Buddy Boop, Sweetness and Love Bug." How cheezy are those names. I sure wish she would come up with something a little more mature and sophisticated now that I am "legal."

Perdido Key or Bust!

Happy Belated 4th of July to all my bloggers!! I spent my holiday weekend down in Perdido Beach with my family. Mommy, Daddy, and I all stayed at Pop and MeMe's condo and I made a whole bunch of new friends. The only regret I have is not making an appearance at the FloraBama, but maybe next time.
