My First Trip to Ross Park

Mom and Dad took me to Ross Park for my 7 month old birthday....I absolutely loved the park and can't wait to go back! On a separate note, now that I am 7 months old, I'm getting much bettter at sitting up all by myself, I love yelling anything these days, especially the word "Da" over and over (even though I'm not quite sure what it means yet), I love playing ball and I am even feeding myself a bottle now (which makes life much easier for Mom & Dad)...Yeah!!!!

Happy 2009! I can't wait to see what this year has in store for me....2008 has sure flown by. To celebrate the New Year Mommy and Daddy went to the lake with friends. They were going to take me but Nana and Grandad wanted an "Emerson Fix" so I brought in the New Year with them. Nana made black eyed peas New Years Day to bring us good luck in 2009, and while Mommy swallowed just 1 pea and Daddy 1 spoon full, I hate a whole bunch....I'm going to bring everyone good luck this year.

My First Christmas!

Christmas is too much fun! Too bad it only comes once a year. I went to church Christmas Eve with Mommy, Daddy, Nana & Grandad. I loved singing all the Christmas songs. Then on Christmas day, we woke up and went over to Nana & Grandad's for breakfast, presents and a short nap on Grandad! Uncle Ralph was there too and boy oh boy did he do way too much for me (at least that is what my parents said)...I was excited if I may say so myself. Then around lunch we headed to Coach and Gran's house for more presents and play time with cousins Ashley and Claire. I hear Christmas is always a long affair at Gran's....and boy did I hear right. We opened presents forever and then grilled out on Coach's new grill. I was exhausted at the end of the day but had the best time ever!

Thanks for my WAY TOO GENEROUS gift Uncle Ralph. It's already in my piggy bank!

Twas the Week Before Christmas

This past week was so much fun. We went to Mobile to do Christmas at Pop & Meme's house. All my Aunts and Uncles were there too! We ate a whole bunch and went to the Christmas parade. See my pictures below....
