School Daze

Today was my first day of school. I'm such a big boy now. I even got my very first report card. It said I was very cheerful, had quite a few dirty deeds, and took 4 naps. Whew...wears me out even thinking about it. But, I can't wait to go back tomorrow.

Baby Blue Eyes

Well, there you have it. This was my last week of Baby Retirement. From here on out I'm a school boy! But, these eyes aren't weeping. I can't wait to meet all my new friends at daycare! Mommy will miss me during the day (Daddy already misses me), but they will survive. They told me they had to work so they could "bring home the bacon"....But, I'm not really sure why they say that b/c they should know by now that all I put into this body is Milk. No pigs for me please!

Team USA Rocks!

Another week and I am still watching the Olympics; I can't get enough of this stuff. Can you believe Michael Phelps won 8 gold medals? He was 8 for 8...that is simply amazing! Some may have had their doubts, but not me. I was a Believer. My cousins, Ashely and Claire, came to visit me on Saturday. We made a homemade pizza, watched Charlotte's Web, and played with my brothers Bear and Butler. I can't wait to see what's in store for me next week!!

Ashley fed me and changed my diaper. She'll be a great mom one day!

I'm in Heaven. I wish Claire and Ashley would come play with me more often!

After Church on Sunday we went to lunch at Brio's. I was worn out here b/c Mr. Chuck played and played and played with me so much that he forgot to eat his meal.

Week 10, What a Sweet Grin :)

I am one happy camper these days! I love to flash my sweet smile all day long and converse with anyone who will listen. Gerber talk, cooing, babbling --- whatever you want to call it----I'm all about it!

Just a Slingin'

I love my slings. They are kind of like taking a wild ride back in Mommy's belly. You think they make those things for grown men, because I never think I'll want to outgrow them? How cool is this...I help Mommy do the laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, shopping, etc. without ever lifting a finger. But, just one more question...if I'm actively participating in all of these chores, where is my allowance already? $10 per hour please!!!!

My First Olympics!

Today was a good day!! Me, Mommy, Daddy, Bear & Butler just laid around and watched the Olympics. Daddy changed the channel a few times so that we could see who won the PGA Championship. Mommy and Daddy went to the PGA championship 7 years ago when they first started dating, I guess that means it is kind of special to them. Daddy says I am going to be a good swimmer someday, maybe not as good as Michael Phelps, but not many people are. I love the Olympics, GO TEAM USA!!!!

Ahhh the Blue Water

Well, there I go again..back to the beach! Can you say awesome? Of course, I had an absolute blast. I think I'm already a beach bum...just working on growing my hair a little longer.

Whoever said "Fun in the Sun" is dead wrong. I did not have fun in the sun. Mom and Dad lubed me up in this weird lotion and put some sort of funny diaper on me. After all that hype and anticipation of something great...I made an executive decision. The pool is way too cold for me! Get me out of there!!!

Happier times OUT of the pool. I much prefer sunbathing and eating in the warm, dry air!

Still eating and catching a few rays in my nice cozy towel. Very Nice!

See. Grandad still loves me even though I was quite cantankerous last night when they were babysitting me. I'm sorry I was such a fussy britches! Me & Aunt Debbi. Sorry I kept you up last night as well! I tell you, being gassy is just no fun. Getting up close and personal.

Check this out. I got to meet my Great Grandmother Evelyn while I was at the beach. What a special treat! I loved sitting in her lap. Me, Daddy & Great Grandmother Evelyn Great Grandmother Evelyn and all her Grandchildren!
